The Service is an online information service from Intellisys Intelligent Analysis Limited (“Intellisys”). By using the Service, you agree to the Terms and Conditions for an Individual Registration or Subscription. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. Intellisys may revise the terms in this Agreement at any time. By using the Service after any change in the Agreement are posted on the website, you agree to be bound by all of the changes.

You are responsible for complying with the Terms and Conditions. Any violation of the Terms and Conditions may jeopardise future use of the Service, and upon any such violation, your account may be subject to immediate suspension or termination.

Under the terms of an Individual Registration and/or Subscription, access to Intellisys content, services or tools, and other content is for you ONLY and may not be shared. You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your user name and personal password, if any. Your responsibility extends to all activity and use under your name and password.

By registering and/or subscribing, you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, photocopy, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information received through the Service to anyone without the express prior written consent of Intellisys, although information abstracted from our content can be used for research purposes but not for commercial purposes. Copying and distributing original copyright-protected content from the site is expressly forbidden.

You agree to provide complete and accurate account information. It is your sole responsibility to report any changes to our Customer Service department immediately. Further, if it is determined that the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, then Intellisys reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account until such information is corrected. The information available through the Service is the property of Intellisys or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Information received through the Service is for your personal use only.

Corporations, enterprises, organisations or other commercial entities can not be treated as an individual subscriber although each previously identified, and registered (or subscribed) employee is and only they are authorised to use the Service under these Terms and Conditions.

You may not post any content from the Service to newsgroups, mail lists, or electronic bulletin boards, without the prior written consent of Intellisys.

Intellisys reserves the right to monitor your use of all content, services, and tools to ensure your compliance with the Terms and Conditions. If it is determined that you are not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Intellisys reserves the right to take such action as is deemed necessary, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of your account. You acknowledge that such monitoring of use may include determining whether or not the Service is accessed under the account from multiple IP addresses, as well as noting excessive use from individual subscribers.

The Service includes facts, views, opinions, and recommendations of individuals and organisations deemed of interest. Intellisys does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of, or otherwise endorse these views, opinions, or recommendations neither does the Service provide individual or collective investment advice, or advocate the purchase or sale of any type of security or investment.

Due to the number of sources from which information on the Service is obtained, and the inherent hazards of electronic distribution, there may be delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in such information and the Service.

INTELLISYS INTELLIGENT ANALYSIS LIMITED AND ITS DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS CANNOT AND DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE NEWS AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR THE SERVICE ITSELF. NEITHER INTELLISYS INTELLIGENT ANALYSIS LIMITED NOR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY ITS NEGLIGENCE OR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL IN PROCURING, COMPILING, INTERPRETING, REPORTING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE AND ANY NEWS AND INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL INTELLISYS INTELLIGENT ANALYSIS LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF INTELLISYS INTELLIGENT ANALYSIS LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE MONTH’S SUBSCRIPTION YOU MAY HAVE PAID TO INTELLISYS INTELLIGENT ANALYSIS LIMITED FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.

The suggested actions or guidance for each share, sector or index or market are only valid for the moment that they were made due to the continuous dynamics and inter-action between global financial markets and, therefore, cannot be constituted a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell shares or any other form of financial instrument.

Intellisys may discontinue or change the Service, or its availability, at any time without notice.

The rights and obligations of this Agreement are not assignable.

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Investment Risks

You should be aware of the risks associated with equity investment or any other form of investment instrument.

Financial market and currency movements may cause the value of any investment and the associated income to fall as well as rise and you may get back less than originally invested when you decide to sell any or all of your investments.

Intellisys Intelligent Analysis Limited (including its directors, employees, agents and representatives) or a connected person may have positions in, or options on, the securities detailed within any report, and may buy, sell or offer to purchase or sell such securities from time to time, subject to restrictions imposed by internal rules.

Intellisys Intelligent Analysis Limited is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulatory body, however, for the purpose of good business practice, maintains high business standards in line with the rules and regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Cessation

Intellisys Intelligent Analysis Limited reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any or all of the Services at any time without notice. Intellisys Intelligent Analysis Limited will endeavour to give you not less than 14 days' notice if it proposes to withdraw any or all of the Services that are accessed using a username and password.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Registration and/or Subscription, you must send either an e-mail request to Account Management Services at info or a letter to Account Management Services, Intellisys Intelligent Analysis Limited, 15 Hillside, Hardwick Road, Whitchurch on Thames, Reading, Berkshire RG8 7HL.

Please provide the following information:

Your name

Address

Telephone number

E-mail address

User name and Password for authentication (if any), and

Reason for cancellation.

Cancellations are processed upon receipt of the cancellation request.
