Philip is the founder, director and co-owner of Intellisys Intelligent Analysis Limited ('Intellisys') and is a highly-respected and experienced business and financial analyst, with a 30-year City career in investment research, institutional broking and market-making.​​ Having started as a generalist, Philip rapidly became a Number One ranked analyst in the Chemical and Waste Management sectors, producing his first structured models for financial analysis in the early 1980s and rapidly evolving them into the complex and sophisticated 'Fusion Analysis' products for which he is recognised today. Director of Cogency Chemical Consultants Ltd and British Cleaning Council.

Angie is a director and co-owner of Intellisys Intelligent Analysis Limited ('Intellisys'). Originally an analyst in the celebrated Edinburgh investment community, she has spent the last 25 years in the financial services, tertiary education and voluntary sectors, developing her marketing, communications, business consultancy and fundraising skills.​ Angie is responsible for all business operations, including financial management, internal and external communications, recruitment, and is the primary contact for all enquiries.
